We charge an initial fee of $50 for all incoming repairs. This charge is due at the time the unit is left for repair and is not refundable. This is applied to the cost of the repair. (Does not apply to Manufacturers Warranty repairs)
Our Shop warranty is 30 days and extends only to the specific service performed.
You must keep your work order to pick up your unit.
Units completed and not paid will be subject to sale.
We charge for estimates because:
Locating the problem is the greater part of any repair job.
In some cases the unit must be made operational to give a complete diagnosis
No warranty service will be done without sales receipt.

Labor charges are 1-hour minimum. Additional time billed in ¼ hr increments.
Rush Service is $50 additional and means that the unit will be evaluated within 24 hours and repaired if all necessary parts are in stock. No refunds on rush charges.
